Twice a month, for three months, you’ll move, breathe, and release what’s been stored in your physical body—so you can open, receive, and expand your spiritual channel.

How It Works
We meet in an intimate, sacred space (maximum 8 spots) twice a month. Each session is designed to give you time and space for deep integration—because true transformation unfolds over time.
Each session is uniquely guided by Lauren and your Spirit Guides, weaving together:
